Rio Ferdinand has posted a video of himself defending Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to Manchester United supporters.
The video came after United lost 2-0 to West Ham United at London Stadium on Sunday.
Some supporters have called for Solskjaer to be sacked after the lacklustre display.
But Ferdinand told fans the reaction was knee-jerk" and wouldn't benefit the club.
