KOTA KINABALU: Sabah police are offering a 50 per cent discount on selected traffic summonses in conjunction with National Day, Sabah Day and Malaysia Day 2025.
Kota Kinabalu District Police Chief ACP Kasim Muda said the three-day discount, from Aug 28 to 30, will be available between 9am and 4pm at the Sabah Contingent Police Headquarters (IPK) and all district police headquarters (IPD).
“This is a special offer for the public, but not all summonses are included,” he said.
Excluded from the discount are summonses related to accidents, Op Selamat, non-compoundable offences, court cases, heavy vehicles, dangerous or queue-cutting overtakes, misuse of emergency lanes, running red lights, overtaking on double lines, and illegal exhaust modifications.
