New Fiorentina sports chief Daniele Prade admits he's spoken to released Roma icon Daniele De Rossi.
Prade has confirmed he and Viola coach Vincenzo Montella have met up with De Rossi,who remains a free agent.
He stated, "How did it go with De Rossi? We found ourselves as four friends at the bar, this is our relationship, for 30 years.
"I, Vincenzo Montella and the player have a great relationship.
"There hasn't been a no because we haven't reached an economic offer."
