Rio Ave are in talks for Chelsea winger Lucas Piazon.
The Brazilian is set to join the Portuguese outfit on-loan this week.
Indeed, the deal being discussed is for two seasons.
After being handed over to Chievo in Italy in the second half of last season, the 25-year-old Brazilian is now close to joining Carlos Carvalhal's side on loan.
Carvalhal is a former Swansea City manager.
