He said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had also said during a Cabinet meeting to ensure the rollout was carried out without interruptions.
"We are hoping (the rollout) in several weeks from now.
"In other countries, they have started with 6G," he said during a press conference.
The 5G project was given to Digital Nasional Bhd (DNB) under the previous government.
