An elderly woman sadly passed away after not being able to bear the sadness of seeing her grandchild who had passed away following an argument with his girlfriend.
Sinar Harian reported how the 65-year-old woman had been reported dead after being shocked to find her grandson lifeless on January 26 (Sunday) in India.

He took his own life
According to the police, the tragedy occurred when Kamala Mahato couldn’t hold back her grief after finding out her grandson had taken his own life, following an argument with his girlfriend.
Shubhankar Mahato, 25, is thought to have reached out to his girlfriend right after he came home to Parulia village. Shortly after, he locked himself in a room.
Kamala repeatedly called out to her grandson but received no response, and it is believed the room door was locked from the inside.

The grandma passed away at the scene
Police said that Shubhankar, who worked as a contractor, was found dead after the door to his room was broken down.
The police explained that his grandmother, unable to cope with the shock and grief, passed away right there at the scene.
An investigation into the incident has been launched, and after the autopsies were completed, both bodies were returned to the family on January 27 (Monday).
