AC Milan coach Marco Giampaolo is frustrated about the transfer market.
Giampaolo has hit out at the business side of the sport.
He said, "I have always protested against having the transfer window open all the way up to the start of the season. I've never understood it and I never will.
Nobody cares about the work we tacticians have to do, because the sport is now a business in total.
"My job becomes increasingly difficult, but I will carry on with it as long as I feel the passion."
