New AC Milan coach Marco Giampaolo believes the players are buying into his methods.
Milan lost their International Champions Cup opener to Bayern Munich.
Giampaolo said, I liked the fact they played with faith, trying to replicate the concepts we've discussed in training.
"I know that I am under the spotlight every day and have to earn credit with these players and everyone else around me. You never stop earning people's faith in you when you're in this profession.
The club has put me in the best condition to work, so I know it's up to me to get it done now."
