Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo is confident their 120m Joao Felix gamble will prove successful.
Atletico have smashed their club transfer record to land the Benfica starlet.
"Each one brings what he wants to bring and we will see if he really is worth it. He is a good, magnificent signing, he is a player that many teams in Europe wanted, important teams, and we are lucky he'll be part of Atltico de Madrid starting next season," said Cerezo.
"I am not a fortune-teller, if you consider that he is not up to it, tell us and we will take action.
"We are trying to make a great team, we have had losses this year and I think that at this moment we are covering them with players of great quality, I think we will have a great season."
