Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus has found himself banned from his national team for the next two months.

The striker ran into trouble in the Copa America final against Peru, where he was sent off for two bookable offences.

CONMEBOL, the governing body of South American football, have taken the decision to ban the player for two months due to his behaviour.

He is also facing a fine of $30,000.

Jesus was unhappy with the second yellow and made several gestures to the referee suggesting the official had taken bribes.

He also pushed the video assistant referee on the touchline before storming off.
