Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake is happy playing for manager Eddie Howe.
There are no secrets behind Bournemouth's sustainability in the top-flight. To Nathan Ake, the bedrock of the Cherries defence, the answer is simple.
"Hard work as a team," Ake told the Daily Express.
"I think the manager is expecting us to improve every season, so he makes sure we never stand still.
"So every season we want to do better, we want to grow as a team, as individual players, so I think a lot of that is down to him."
He added: He just wants to make everyone better and improve, obviously he's doing really well at the club right now so it's only natural that he's going to attract interest."
