Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta admits he's been studying the management methods of Liverpool counterpart Jurgen Klopp.
Arteta wants to revolutionise the Gunners and has big plans for the future.
And he has even gone as far as to admit that he is looking at Klopp for inspiration.
“Liverpool is a great example to take to see that it is possible to do it," said Arteta.
“It takes a lot of work and it takes a lot of great decisions from everyone.
“First of all, belief in what you are doing and then that you are all aligned and all have some belief that it is the right thing to do.
“From there you start to make right decisions, in terms of recruitment, to get a coach who identifies the philosophy that is needed for that football club, who the fans believe in and can attach to that.
“And then players who are 100 per cent committed to that manager, to that football club, to give their best all the time, it does not matter what.
“After that slowly you start to catch up and start to get better and better and better.
“And then you start to make improvements and generate belief, and when you have the crowds and the history and fans that we have, you can do anything, I have a strong belief in that."
