LaLiga president Javier Tebas would like to see PSG stars Kylian Mbappe and Neymar move to Spain.
Mbappe has been linked with Real Madrid, while a return to Barcelona has been mooted for Neymar.
Tebas would like see both stars move to LaLiga, but doesn't believe it will happen this summer.
He told RAC1: "There will probably be exchanges, but no major operations.
"Neymar or Mbappé? I would like to, but the situation is as it is now. There is no money on the market.
"Manchester City, PSG or Newcastle can animate the market in a way that I do not share, but in any case I do not think we will exceed 800 million euros this summer among all."
