青椒土豆丝➕紫薯🍠➕小番茄➕鸡胸

🥔青椒土豆丝的做法:锅中倒油,放蒜末爆香,下土豆丝翻炒1分钟,接着加入青椒丝,在加2勺生抽、1勺醋,炒匀炒熟就可以啦

洋葱木耳炒蛋➕玉米🌽➕橙子➕西兰花🥦

💕洋葱木耳炒蛋的做法:两个鸡蛋打散在锅中炒至定型捞出,留底油爆香姜蒜末,下洋葱木耳青椒翻炒2分钟,然后放鸡蛋,加一点盐调味就可以啦

口水鸡➕南瓜🎃➕秋葵➕红心火龙果

🍑口水鸡的做法:鸡腿放进冷水锅中,加花椒和料酒、姜煮熟,放在冷水中泡一会儿切成条;酱汁:碗中放蒜末、辣椒面、白芝麻,淋热油,再加2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、1勺醋、青红辣椒,拌均浇在鸡腿上就可以啦

素炒西葫芦➕玉米🌽➕苹果➕大虾🦐

✨素炒西葫芦的做法:锅中倒油,放蒜末爆香,下切好的西葫芦翻炒,加生抽和蚝油调味即可,也可以放些海米~

茄汁菜花➕虾➕玉米➕芦笋

🥦茄汁菜花的做法:番茄切成块,西兰花掰成小朵,锅中倒油,放蒜末爆香,下番茄块炒软烂出汁,倒入菜花,加入1勺生抽、1勺蚝油调味炒熟即可
