Qatar's Al-Duhail are moving for Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos.
Morelos is being linked with Newcastle United and Everton ahead of the summer market.
But the Daily Mail says Al-Duhail have engaged a third party to make enquiries over the availability of Morelos.
Rangers' top scorer with 29 goals last season, the 23-year-old Colombian international is under contract until 2023, with the Ibrox club seeking a fee in excess of £15million.
Despite the lucrative terms on offer for moving to the oil-rich Gulf, Morelos spoke last week of his contentment with life in Glasgow and said that he wants to hold out for a move to one of the bigger leagues in Europe.
