Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang blasted the VAR blunder in which Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold was fortunate to escape a red card on Wednesday night.
Alexander-Arnold could easily have been shown his marching orders in north London after catching Arsenal's Bukayo Saka with a poorly-timed challenge at the Emirates.
He was instead issued a yellow card by referee Paul Tierney, with VAR controversially opting not to review the original decision.
Aubameyang was clearly unhappy that the challenge went unnoticed by the video assistant referee.
He wrote on Twitter: "WTF didn't even get the VAR on this one."
