Everton will cough up around £250,000 to Olympique Marseille for teenage defender Niels Nkounkou.
The talented left-back rejected terms offered by OM to sign a first pro deal with Everton earlier this month.
Nkounkou moved to Goodison Park as a free agent, though Everton will have to pay a compensation fee to close the deal.
La Provence reports Everton will pay €270,000 to OM to sign Nkounkou.
His contract with Everton runs to 2023.
