Douglas Luiz insists he's happy at Aston Villa.
The midfielder is being linked with a return to Manchester City next season.
BirminghamLive reports City hold a great deal of influence over Luiz's career, due to the single trigger option that exists in the deal between the Villans and Pep Guardiola's side. With no fuss at all, City can buy Luiz's contract back at any point.
But Luiz has intimated he's happy at Villa Park.
“I have a four-year contract with Aston Villa, and my objective is to continue here, and to make history with the club that opened the door for me," said Luiz to Sky Sports.
