PSG youngster Adil Aouchiche has rejected the chance to join Arsenal in favour of Saint-Etienne.
Aouchiche's deal with the French giants expired on June 30th.
Clubs have been queuing up to sign the 18-year-old, including Leicester City, Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
But RMC Sport says Aouchiche wants to join Claude Puel at Saint-Etienne.
It is massive coup for the Ligue 1 club as the midfielder is one of Europe's most sought-after young talents.
