早上起床弄一份咖喱味超浓郁(日式咖喱吐司盒),有蔬菜和鸡肉,不怕吃不饱!如果家里有烤箱的朋友们可以把吐司烤一烤,这样吃起来香香脆脆的。早上懒惰烤的朋友们直接吃的话就没那么香脆噢~

➡️所需食材:鸡胸肉,三色豆,杏鲍菇,彩椒,日式咖喱块,黄油,吐司盒,鸡蛋

➡️步骤:

1. 将三色豆、鸡胸肉、杏鲍菇及彩椒洗净

2. 将鸡胸肉、杏鲍菇及彩椒切丁备用。用料酒腌制鸡胸肉15分钟

3. 将吐司盒的中间掏空

4. 烧开平底锅后加入黄油,待黄油融化后,加入杏鲍菇、彩椒及三色豆翻炒,再加入腌制好的鸡胸肉翻炒至变色

5. 加一碗水盖过食材,大火烧开后加入一块咖喱块,盖上锅盖转小火焖15分钟

6. 将煮好的咖喱倒入吐司盒,放入烤箱,180度烤15分钟

7. 再煮一个水波蛋放上烤好的吐司盒即可完成

💡TIPS

-你可以根据自己的喜好增删一些蔬菜,或者换成其他你喜欢的肉类。

-切下来的吐司可以蘸着吃,超好吃的啦!
