Aston Villa are closing on a deal for Vitesse Arnhem youngster Sil Swinkels.
De Gerlander reports the defender, 16, is set to sign for Villa.
Swinkels will become the first player from Vitesse's academy to be sold to a foreign club.
The teen is a Holland U16 international and was part of Vitesse's U17 squad last season.
Swinkels hails from Sint-Oedenrode.
