Former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell says he'd bring Neymar back to the club.
Current president Josep Maria Bartomeu has been trying to find a way to re-sign the PSG star, but the impact of the coronavirus has hit the club's coffers.
For his part, Rosell supports the idea of Barca buying back the Brazil captain.
Asked which player he'd sign for Barca, he told Sport: "Neymar. He is the only player, along with (Lionel) Messi, who really makes a difference.
"He has a great personality on the field. Of course, I would make two contracts. One sporty and one behavioral."
