Former Real Madrid midfielder Javier Balboa has taken aim at Barcelona over their complaints about VAR.
Balbao believes Barca are seeking to use controversy around the technology to hide their poor form.
"It's much easier to hold referees accountable than the players for Real Madrid's comeback," Balboa said on Radio MARCA.
"We're talking about a very safe team defensively, maybe they're not playing very well, but unlike Barcelona they don't concede.
"The thing of favouring or not happens every season in LaLiga.
"I think it's Barcelona's excuse to cover their internal problems."
