Paratici sees Lacazette as a potential replacement for Gonzalo Higuain and is eager to set up a player-plus-cash proposal, says Le 10 Sport.
Indeed, Juve would be willing to include Federico Bernardeschi in their offer for Lacazette.
For his part, Lacazette would be open to the move as he seeks a return to Champions League football.
