Borussia Dortmund midfielder Giovani Reyna is urging Jadon Sancho to stay.
The England international remains a top target for Manchester United.
But Reyna, 17, hopes Sancho stays as he sees his senior teammate as a role model.
"Jadon also came to Dortmund as a teenager. He was 17, as I am now, and he has gone from a talented youth player to one of the biggest stars in the Bundesliga. That is the goal for every player, and mine too of course. Jadon helps me a lot by giving a lot of advice," the American told BILD.
"He tells me to be confident and trust my strengths. He encourages me when things are not going well. Naturally, he does not doubt himself, but just drives on. Jadon is so good for a reason."
