AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen are showing interest in Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey.

The £30million rated star is wanted by the Italian and German clubs, along with others.

Sky Sports says Leverkusen will pursue a bid for Godfrey when they finalise a transfer for Kai Havertz to go to Chelsea.

Godfrey is an England U21 defender and was impressive in the Premier League, despite his team finishing bottom of the table.

Sky in Italy indicates Godfrey's reps met with Milan officials before the team's Serie A game against Cagliari on Saturday.

Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig also have an interest, and Norwich are determined to sell him for a high fee.
