Manchester City are close to sealing a deal for Valencia winger Ferran Torres.
The highly-rated attacker is set to become the first signing for Pep Guardiola's rebuild at City.
Guardiola is determined to win the Premier League next season.
L'Equipe says Torres will sign a five year deal with City with the transfer fee reportedly as low as the £20 million mark.
The 21-year-old is set to finalise the transfer on Tuesday.
