Chelsea are prepared to send Tiemoue Bakayoko on-loan to AC Milan next season.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Chelsea have agreed for Bakayoko to negotiate personal terms with the Rossonero.
Milan will agree to pay a loan fee and also will settle on a permanent option worth €30-32m. Bakayoko's previous loan with the Rossonero included a €40m option.
Bakayoko also fielded interest from West Ham and PSG, but always had his heart set on returning to Milan.
