Manchester City wing-back Pedro Porro's move to Sporting CP has been held up.
A two-season loan has been agreed between the two clubs, though disagreement exists over the price to make it permanent.
Sporting wish a fee below €10m, while City are demanding a higher valuation, says O Jogo.
City signed Porro last summer from Spanish sister club Girona and loaned him to Real Valladolid last season.
Porro is a Spain U21 international.
