Liverpool management are happy to extend the trials of Spanish goalkeeper Javi Cendon.
The Liverpool Echo says the released Villarreal teenager was part of the pack who trained in Austria over much of the last two weeks, learning from the guidance of the likes of Alisson Becker and Adrian at their Saalfelden-based camp.
Liverpool were alerted to the talents of the 19-year-old earlier this year and took him on trial after Cendon left Villarreal on a free transfer.
Goalkeeper coaches John Achterberg and Jack Robinson ran the rule over the Spaniard in Austria but have yet to make a decision following their return to Merseyside earlier this week.
The Reds' coaching staff will continue to assess the talents of Cendon at Melwood before a decision is made on whether or not to offer the goalkeeper a permanent contract.
