Newcastle United have made an offer to Juventus outcast Aaron Ramsey.
Ramsey has rejected a move to Newcastle after boss Steve Bruce lined-up an audacious move, reports Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira.

The former Arsenal midfielder failed to nail down a regular starting spot in Italy.
And with Juve having now signed Arthur, Ramsey's first-team options could become even more limited.

Schira revealed Newcastle had made a bid – with Ramsey turning his nose up at the deal.
