Sam Greenwood has announced he's leaving Arsenal.
Greenwood said his farewell to the Arsenal faithful on Instagram ahead of his £3m transfer to newly promoted Leeds.
Greenwood said it had “been an honour" to play for a club like Arsenal, where he met “special people and making even better memories".
Greenwood joined Arsenal from Sunderland's academy back in 2018, the player has made significant progress breaking into the U23's side.
His move to Leeds is imminent, and an announcement is set to be made today.
Greenwood said, "I want to say a big thanks Arsenal and the supporters for the last 2 years of my career. Been an honour to play for the club while meeting some special people and making even better memories."
