Chelsea are willing to cut their asking price for Jorginho.
Calciomercato.com says Chelsea are willing to take a hit on the £50m they paid to sign the Italy international two years ago.
Jorginho was originally left out of Lampard's side after the season restarted in June, only to make his return following N'Golo Kante's injury.
But it is reported that Chelsea no longer see Jorginho as part of their plans moving forward.
And the report goes on to suggest Marina Granovskaia is willing to accept a bid lower than the £36m they have so far requested.
Jorginho wants to return to Italy and Juventus are currently locked in negotiations with Chelsea to strike a deal.
