Lille sporting director Marc Ingla is delighted with their capture of Manchester United midfielder Angel Gomes.
Gomes joins LOSC on a free transfer and has signed a five-year contract. He will spend this season on-loan in Portugal with Boavista.
Ingla said, “We are very happy to welcome Angel Gomes who comes free from Manchester United.
"Angel represents one of the greatest international hopes in his position. He is a very intelligent player in his decision-making, technical, agile, but also endowed with important leadership, who is the captain of England U20.
"He is still young but has immense talent and potential. We are very happy to have convinced him to join LOSC."
