Manchester City are resigned to losing Eric Garcia this summer.
That's according to Spanish expert Guillem Balague, who reports City have failed to convince the defender about signing a new contract.
Instead, Garcia is eager to return to former club Barcelona - and as soon as possible.
City have been in talks with the 21 year-old's minders for at least a month over a new deal - but with no luck.
Instead, with a deal to 2021, Garcia wishes to be sold back to Barca in the coming weeks.
