Arsenal have been told Roma only want cash for Amadou Diawara.
The midfielder is a target for the Gunners and it's been suggested a swap could be proposed involving Lucas Torreira.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport says Roma are insisting on a straight cash deal. The Giallorosso rate Diawara in the €25m class.
For his part, Diawara isn't pushing to leave Roma, though would be willing to consider an Arsenal offer.
Diawara has a contract with Roma to 2024.
