Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud admits he has hopes of being baptised in the River Jordan.
Giroud says seeing former teammate Willian, now of Arsenal, experience such a moment is an inspiration.
He told So Foot: “Seeing Willian being baptised in the Jordan, like Jesus by John the Baptist, I understood that it was something very powerful.
"I also have this desire, it is the highest because it is very significant, especially since I have never been to the Promised Land.
"So, I also plan to be baptised in the River Jordan."
