Departing Barcelona striker Luis Suarez is set to sign for Atletico Madrid.
Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo, after victory over Parma on Sunday, announced a deal for Suarez was off.
And Mundo Deportivo says the Uruguay international has quickly moved on and agreed to a move to Atletico.
Suarez has been in constant contact with Atletico president Enrique Cerez and coach Diego Simeone in recent weeks and a two-year contract has now been settled. Barca have also agreed a pay-off with Suarez.
The veteran striker is now set to sign for Atletico in a free transfer.
