Barcelona and Manchester City have agreed terms for Eric Garcia.
That's according to El Chiringuito's Josep Pedrerol, who says a fee of €18m has been settled by the two clubs.
Garcia has already agreed terms over a long-term contract with Barca.
The Catalans plan to use the cash raised from Nelson Semedo's sale to Wolves to fund the signing of Garcia.
Semedo is expected to join Wolves this week.
