Kota Kinabalu:

Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) Supreme Council member Tay Jock Liang (pic) expressed disappointment over incumbent Bongawan Assemblyman Dr Daud Yusuf’s statement which appeared to marginalise Kadazan, Dusun and Murut (KDM) in the development of Bongawan.

In a statement Wednesday, Tay questioned the motive behind the statement which he said could be due to revenge following the defeat in the Kimanis parliamentary by-election which saw Warisan rejected in KDM district polling centres.

He said the sentiment was evident when Dr Daud only invited the Brunei ethnic group in Bongawan in planning the development of the oil and gas industry in the area if Warisan were to rule again after the coming state election.
