Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac is close to joining Bayer Leverkusen.

According to Sport Bild, the Gunners could net £9m from the move.

Leverkusen are keen to invest money into their squad after selling Kai Havertz to Chelsea.

Kolasinac has held talks with the German outfit and the two parties are on the verge of an agreement.

The Bosnia fullback has fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates, and Mikel Arteta is keen to sell in order to raise funds for other transfers.

Arteta is hoping to sign Houssem Aouar from Lyon, while Atletico Madrid star Thomas Partey is also a target.
