New IDS Chairman Datuk Darell Leiking (pic) said Sabahans need to monetise Sabah’s many opportunities just like how Estonia became an advanced state in the world in terms of e-government, e-technology, etc, with only a population of 1.3 million people.“We should look into that little Balkan state Estonia how they managed to transform so fast that everyone wants to go to Estonia to learn how and what they did. “I am pretty sure there are people in Sabah who can do the same. We need to do upskilling and ask people to go into new types of business.”
