Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) Youth Chief Zakaria Ibrahim said the State Ministry of Education and Innovation (KPIS) and the State Ministry of Health and People’s Wellbeing (KKKR) failed to function as the people expected.“These two ministries clearly do not work directly to develop education and health not only in Bongawan but also throughout Sabah. “What is the function and action of KPIS all this while to repair or upgrade most of the poor schools from 28 primary schools and three secondary schools in Bongawan?

“And what exactly is the function of KKKR to upgrade the Bongawan Health Clinic which was built since the Usno era to meet the people’s demand?” he questioned in a statement.
