Real Madrid defender Nacho is fielding interest from three Serie A clubs this week.
AS says Nacho's agent Juanma Lopez is meeting today with Italian partner Marco Busiello to consider the player's options.
AS Roma, Napoli and AC Milan are all in contact with Busiello.
Napoli are the most serious of the trio, with the Azzurri viewing Nacho as a replacement for Senegal defender Kalidou Koulibaly, who is a big money target for PSG and Manchester City.
Nacho managed just ten first team appearances for Real last season.
