Olympique Lyon have set their asking price for Bertrand Traore.
Foot Mercato says Fulham have seen a bid for Traoré knocked back.
Lyon are said to want £25 million - but the newly-promoted side are thought to have bid substantially lower.
He has also been offered to Newcastle United.
Traore has previous experience in England having come through the system at Chelsea.
