Tambadau's loss deepens relegation concerns

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah were soundly beaten 1-3 by Kedah in the rescheduled Super League match held at Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium, in Cheras, Monday night putting added pressure on the Tambadaus as they seek to retain their top-flight status.

Coach Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto admitted after the match that the result has deepened Sabah’s relegation concerns.

“I am very disappointed with the loss but at the same time I also appreciate the effort from the players.
