Caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal gave a positive response to the appeal by the Sabah Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Workers’ Union for a review of the regional allowance.EPF Workers’ Union President Rosta Remat disclosed this after a meeting with Shafie at the State Administrative Centre, here, Friday. “The courtesy call was to request for the rates of the regional allowance to be reviewed as well as to seek the Chief Minister’s view on the matter,” he said.
