AZ Alkmaar midfielder Teun Koopmeiners is aware of big Premier League transfer interest.
De Telegraaf says Leeds United and Everton are chasing a deal for Koopmeiners, who can also play at centre-half.
“I would be lying if I said that I have not heard that. But for me it is very simple: as captain of AZ I have to make sure that we win a match here," he said.
“It is my responsibility to give everything on the field. That's the only thing I'm working on within the lines.
“Of course teammates asked questions about it, that makes sense.
"All in the knowledge that the transfer market will only be open for a week and a half. But I must have a good feeling at that club, it must all fit in the picture."
