SESB closes service counters in 4 districts

Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) has closed customer service counters in four districts, namely Kunak, Lahad Datu, Semporna and Tawau, effective Wednesday (Sept 23).

SESB Senior General Manager (Asset Management) Ir. Norhizami Abu Hasan said the precautionary measure was taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19 through close contact with customers.

“SESB will stop reading meters in premises for two weeks and customers can check their current bills via SESB Online Customer Service (OCS) portal at ocs.sesb.com.my.

“Customers in Tawau and Lahad Datu are advised to pay their bills through kiosks and the rest can do so by online banking, collection agents such as Shoppee, GrabPay, Boost, Lazada e-Wallet, My Boost e-Wallet, Paynow e -Wallet, e-Pay Terminal, Shell, Petron, Petronas, KK Mart, Mobility One Terminal and TM Point,” he said.
