✅准备材料:糯米粉150g、红糖40g、花生碎、白芝麻、热水140ml(根据实际可增减)

Step ①. 糯米粉少量多次倒入热水搅匀(我150g粉用了140ml水)揉成光滑的面团,不粘手为准!再揉成等大的糯米丸子👌

Step ②. 开水下锅 煮糯米丸子,浮起来就熟了(可以再焖1分钟)捞出过一遍冷水 ,口感更Q弹。

Step ③. 锅底留少量水,放入红糖 熬至浓稠出锅,淋在糯米团子上,撒上芝麻和花生碎就完成啦~
